Will we meet you before the day?
Yes! We think this is really important as it builds our relationship and makes things just easier on the day. We exhibit at wedding fayres regularly which we invite you to come and say hello to us at. We also schedule a video call a few weeks before the wedding to sit down and go through the timings of your day together, create your formal photos list and just talk about how you want the day to go. And if you want to come and meet us in person then even better.
How many of you are there on the day?
As standard you get one Videographer with the Videography package and one Photographer with the Photography package. Book both Photography & Videography and you get the two of us. We can offer additional shooters if the event requires it, just let us know your requirements. It’s part of our approach to keep a small footprint on your wedding day so we will always try and keep this as minimal as possible.
When will I get my photographs and films?
The editing is where all the magic happens and this takes on the approximate schedule:
1-2 weeks receive your preview photographs
4-6 weeks receive your full collection of photographs via your Online Gallery (USB shipped out to you if photography only package)
14-18 weeks receive your films via your Online Gallery and have your USB shipped out to you!Want it sooner? Ask about our Wedding Content Creation service for fast 24-48 hour turnaround.
Is it possible to pay by credit card?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Card payments.
Have you photographed my venue before?
Whether we have or haven’t, we are capturing you first and foremost, not the building. Of course it helps to know the layout of a venue so if we haven’t been there before we always get there early on the day to see where everything is and make a plan for the best spots to shoot in. Having shot weddings for over 22 years across the UK and Europe, we are confident that wherever we are we will get amazing results.
